We implemented a white label with UneBus' corporate image, integrating the BJX routes already offered to the bus stations in León, Guanajuato, and San Miguel de Allende.

Yellow Hub Generation 2

We are implementing Gauss Control technology at the Querétaro and Mexico City hubs to assess drivers' cognitive fitness and predict their performance during trips using hardware devices.

We improved the management of service personnel on shifts at our Guadalajara plants and offices with Breik technology.

We implemented gamification and a reward system at Roll&Bits to improve driver performance with airbag technology.

Launching the TTUR website with Busie, which will streamline the end-to-end purchasing process, provide information on service availability, and improve the experience for TTUR's internal and external customers.

We ran a simulation using our fleet data in the Nemodata system to evaluate the accuracy of the maintenance information.

Collaborating with Flecha Amarilla has been an enriching experience that has taught us the importance of adaptability, the appreciation of evidence and data, and the power of motivation and rewards to improve driving habits. We have learned the value of teamwork and effective communication, and reinforced our mission to improve road safety.
